How Ultrasonic Cleaning Works:

Ultrasonic machines use high-power ultra-short sound waves, delivering the most efficient cleaning known. This means less harmful chemicals and more intensive cleaning. Millions of tiny bubbles implode on contact, literally blowing dirt away in microscopic chunks. This repeated formation and implosion creates a gentle cleaning action known as cavitation. Ultrasonic systems clean deeper, faster, and greener. Ultrasonic cleaning technologies remove the dirt and grime that traditional cleaning leaves behind. The results need to be seen to be believed.

Ultrasonics is Ecofriendly!

Ultrasonics uses less water than conventional methods.For instance, 2 garments can be cleaned per gallon, as opposed to two to three gallons per garment using traditional methods.

What can ultrasonics clean?

There is practically nothing that ultrasonics cannot clean. Electronics, tools, clothing, hard and soft plastics, sporting equipment, and toys. Ultrasonics can be used to clean just about anything because the process is not as destructive as other methods. It is safe on most materials because there are no solvents used in the system. Ultrasonics is used to clean the blinds from your home or office. Any style of blind can be cleaned with the ultrasonic cleaning system. Ultrasonic cleaning prevents damage to blinds. There is no paint stripping, pitting, scarring, or scratching with ultrasonics. Ultrasonics also cleans every part of your blind, not just the slats.
Ultrasonics cleans all of your sporting gear. Bicycle parts, roller blades, diving equipment, as well as protective equipment for sports like hockey and football can all be cleaned using ultrasonics.

Ultrasonics can be used to clean electronic equipment. Computer motherboards, keyboards, televisions, and stereo components can be cleaned using this technology. Many appliances stop working if not cleaned properly. Computer fans loose cooling efficiency if not cleaned properly. Using ultrasonics, and proper drying your electronics can be back up and working in a few days.

Ultrasonics is used extensively in fire restoration. With ultrasonics we can clean the soot and smoke out of most materials, allowing fire victims to have a semblance of normalcy after a devastating fire.

Ultrasonics is sanitary! Medical supplies like wheelchairs and hospital beds are traditionally cleaned using alcohol swabs and elbow grease. Using ultrasonic cleaning gets into all of the places that you cannot reach with traditional methods. This provides customers with cleaner, healthier equipment.


Sports Equipment:

Our customers sports equipment is first cleaned using our large scale ultrasonic cleaning tanks, (think very large jewelry cleaner). When the equipment is placed into the cleaner it will be completely submerged in a liquid that is almost completely comprised of water ( a few ounces of cleaner may be added per 100 gallons of water). When submerged it will be subjected to high frequency ultrasonic waves passing through the liquid, these high frequency waves cause cavitation at the microscopic level, imploding millions of microscopic air bubbles across the entire surface of the object in the machine.  This repeated action is what breaks down the dirt and kills the bacteria, even in the places that would be difficult to clean using just conventional methods.

Next the item will be placed into our custom drying cabinet to remove all the moisture from the item, ( some items may require other care during drying such as leather or electronic devices).  When the item is sufficiently dry it will be inspected for overall cleanliness and if need be We will do an ATP test (Adenosine Triphosphate) to insure the highest level of cleanliness.  When the technician is satisfied with the cleanliness the item is then Treated with BioShield75, a long term anti-microbial surface protectant (BioShield75 will kill any micro-organism that is introduced to the treated surface for a minimum of 3 months, if properly maintained) that will help prevent the growth of odor causing bacteria, introduction of other harmful micro-organisms such as MRSA, Ringworm, and even Athlete's Foot.
